Single room in lovely quiet 2 bed flat river view

I have a furnsihed single room with river views in a lovely modern two bed flat. The single bedroom has a window with good views of the river Wensum. The room has a single bed, desk and fitted wardrobe.

The flat is at the top of a modern town house in a quiet location within easy reach of the hospital, university, bus routes and 10 minutes walk into town.

You will be sharing with a 29 year female professional non-smoker.

The flat is fully furnished with vintage leather sofas, rugs and granite topped table. It is double glazed with central heating. All bills, including fibre optic broadband access are, included in the rent.

The flat has use of a lockable garage for bicycles and landscaped private gardens (The 24 houses in Old Laundry Court share private gardens which front the river Wensum.) If you are interested, I have kayaks which can be launched from a mooring in the gardens.

There is a shared living room/kitchen of a good size (approx 18' wide and 11' deep) which is light with two south facing windows. The kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge freezer, and plenty of storage. There is also a shared washing machine. The bathroom is also shared and has a shower and wash basin.

I am looking for a quiet and tidy non-smoking female for a long term let.
