The double room has a shared bathroom on the same floor with 1 other guy.
The house has a communal parking area outside so no permits needed! Close to city centre about a 25 min walk, 5 min drive and bus goes from the bottom of the hill.
We spend evenings together watching tv, cooking etc lots of bbqs in the summer! We all work full time Monday - Friday. All very easy going people, we also have a cat who is very friendly. The house has two living rooms both have sky and broadband is also included in the bills.
