The property is close to the bus station, city centre and main access roads.

The ground floor is all shared, with separate living room, dining room, galley kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave etc), bathroom (with bath and shower) and a garden with a lockable shed.

All bills included in the price, including broadband. Deposit is one month's rent.

Bedroom is available furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe space. The second bedroom is occupied by a friendly, out-going 27 year old male.

Street parking with permit is available for a nominal charge.

The accommodation is available from 22nd July for either a male or female house-mate.
