The room is a double with a small adjoining room AND an (en suite) bathroom with shower; it was quite a find 2 years ago! There are two bathrooms (the en suite and the downstairs one, which has a bath). There is a garden at the back, with a shed and the potential for a small pond.
Rent is £350 per calendar month, minus bills. Bills are pretty standard for that area. The house has a spacious living room as well as a kitchen/ dining room and utility room with a washing machine.
There is free parking outside and it is a friendly neighbourhood 2 roads along from the Fat Cat pub.
You'd be sharing with me -- friendly, I promise! I am a teacher and play music around town when I can.
