Looking to again rent both of my spare rooms. I have been letting these rooms to students for the last 5 years.

The first is a large double with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk.

The second is a smaller double with a queen size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. Now taken.

Large garden with big decked area, ideal for relaxing through the summer after work or study. Bills included in rent are gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence and Virgin TV and wireless broadband.

The house has a seperate very large fridge/freezer shared with the between the lodgers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, oven and microwave.

10 minute walk from UEA and a short walk from N&N hospital. Easy access to A47 and A11 and very close to a bus route in to the city. Sainsburys is located close by, as is Carrefour gym and Longwater retail park. Located on a quiet street with on road parking (no permit required). Local parade of shops nearby, as is a 24 hour Tesco Metro and Co-op supermarket.

Easy going, friendly professional male. Friendly Husky (Dog) also residing. The lounge has not been split to create an extra bedroom is is still 22' long.

You must be able to tidy up after yourself.

Smokers welcome, but you will have to smoke outside, as I do.
