Lovely house in quiet south Norfolk village

I have a room available to rent in my home. I live here with my son, daughter (during uni holiday times only) friendly dog and cat. We are a non-smoking house, although smoking outdoors would possibly be acceptable. We are vegetarian, so another vegetarian or someone who is considerate towards vegetarians would be ideal. The room available is on the ground floor. There is a toilet on the ground floor, but shower/bath facilites upstairs. You would have access to our shared facilities (kitchen, utility room, living room with woodburner, garden surrounded by fields, off-road parking) but the spare room is in a quiet area of the house, so it will be possible to escape from us as well if you wish!! I work as a teacher, so am often busy with school work in the evenings during the week. The house has unlimited wi-fi and a landline telephone which can be used for UK calls free of charge in the evenings after 7pm (max 1 hour at a time). We are quite laid back and don't have any specific routines, other than the need to be up early for work during the week! As this is a new venture for me I plan to make some adjustments to the room, and a first tenant could have some say in how that is done e. g. decor, any additional furniture requirements, etc.
