Double room for rent

Spare room for rent in family home. Located 20 minutes drive outside of Norwich, with a bus stop and train station nearby. Would prefer a Monday-Friday arrangement but could be 7 days per week. Room is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa and wardrobe. WiFi would be included in the price. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, double oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The two bathrooms and garden would be shared (with a shed for bikes etc.)
We have a cleaner who attends once a week and cleans all the rooms (hoovering etc) but washing up and laundry are the tenants own responsibility. Looking for a considerate tenant, who would be commuting to work/uni most days.
