I have a double furnished room available for single occupancy. This is available for a maximum of one month only due to an impending house sale. There is one downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Broadband available and you are welcome to share other facilities. I am a live-in landlady and share house with a cat and two small friendly dogs. My daughter is away at college hence this advert. I am easy going and sociable and like a chat and get on with people, live a fairly quiet life although work full time so am not around much. Property is on bus route, numbers 23, 24 and 24a, about 10/15 mins to the City and has off street parking. Walking distance is about 20-25 minutes. Also convenient for Broadland Business Park.
