Big Room (Half Living /Half Bedroom) in Tottenhill

Lovely large L shaped room in a bungalow backing on to Tottenhill fishing lakes, which is a very quiet village approximately 5 miles from King's Lynn.

My son is going to university and I would welcome another nice young gay man as that seems to make for good household dynamics! But the sexuality issue is not essential by any means. Finding the right person is by far the most important.

You would be sharing kitchen and bathroom and garden with me but I have a separate sitting room.

Wifi is available as is TV and parking.

Weekly rent includes reasonable bills.

I am currently furnishing the room in anticipation of having a tenant. If I find someone soon enough you could help make it your own.

I also have a garage and some space in the loft if you need it.

You must be a responsible, respectful and non judgemental person. I will do my best to to accommodate any requests you may have to ensure you are happy and comfortable.
