£90 per week inclusive of all bills. Includes fully furnished room, broadband access, off-road parking space, freesat Sky TV & DVD player in bedroom. Shared use of family bathroom with one other housemate. Bathroom has shower over bath and storage.
Room is furnished with double bed with bedding, chest of drawers, bookcase, chair, clothes rail and bedside table and wall cabinets.
Shared use of Kitchen with use of gas hob, electric oven, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Shared use of living room with dining table, Sky TV and DVD player.
The village benefits from a train station a 5 minute walk from the house - trains run hourly on this main line between Kings Lynn and London Kings Cross. Also in the village is a Premier shop with post office and a pub that also does takeaway/delivery food. Kings Lynn is a 10-15 minute drive from the village, or 5 minutes on the train.
OK with smokers but must smoke outside - no smoking in the house or out a window!
You must like cats as there are two living here!!
Housemates consist of landlord (James) and one other housemate currently renting another bedroom.
It will be expected that the room and shared areas are kept in a clean and tidy state and access be allowed for prospective buyers of the house.
