TV licence, broadband and phone line rental are included, but we will share the cost of council tax and utilities and you will be required to pay for any landline calls made. Council tax and utilities will be approximately £115 per month (this is based on current usage, split 50/50).

There is access to a washing machine and dishwasher, both in the kitchen. Garden to the rear, with outside washing line and garden furniture (when it's not raining)! Garage available for storage. The bedroom is furnished (double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror).

Would suit a professional female, those who work nights are no problem (room has blackout curtains!).

I own the house and live here by myself, although I have a partner who will visit occasionally. This is a much-loved home and is very well looked after.
