Double room in Modern House

***Available now *** I work away for 95% of the time, so although I advertised this as being a live in landlord, for the majority of the time you would be the sole occupier with full use of the property. I am very easy going and it is a peaceful home.

The house is 3 bedroomed fully furnished and fully equipped property with parking and is very modern and clean. It is in a quiet area in Anlaby village, great for transport links etc.

All utility bills included (Gas, elec, water etc. There is no home broadband as I don't require it with working away but the area has an excellent 3g signal so you would only need your own broadband dongle (approx £10 a mth) There is also free wifi which can be picked up in the house via the local coffee shop but not always available 24/7.

There is just one condition to the room let, I would not allow the tenant to use the address to receive official post (ie banks, inland revenue etc) or have children / friends stay over without prior agreement. My last tenant gave free lodgings to his friends and left bad debts to my address which has proved troublesome and timeconsuming to resolve after their departue.

Room available to view by appointment. I would also be happy to consider Mon- Fri lets and short term. No DSS or couples. Working profesionals only. No credit check required although a security deposit of £250 will be required. Negotiable to right tenant.

Preferance given to female applications but I would consider suitable male tenants.
