Hi, we're a friendly family looking for a housemate to share with. We have been successfully sharing for about 8 years. Our lodger is due to leave so our room will be available again soon. The house is a large 5 bedroom, recently refurbished and redecorated to a high standard, situated in a very convenient area of Bridlington. Living room, kitchen, Utility and bathroom are shared although we have 2 bathrooms, so it's not too busy. There is a great double walk in shower - all mod cons. The utility room has washer and dryer. We keep the house in very nice order, clean, tidy, cosy and warm. You will have your own storage space in kitchen cupboards, fridge, freezer and utility room. You're welcome to use household items, ie, pots and pans etc. We have wireless broadband and there is a freeview tv aerial in your double room. There is also a tv and dvd player provided if required. Your room is lovely - nice and light, comfortable double bed, chests of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk, wardrobe - plenty of storage space. Your room door is key lockable for your privacy. You would be sharing with considerate, nice people. We're clean and tidy and looking for similar type of person to join us. We don't have lots of rules but looking for someone honest and thoughtful to the rest of us, as we will be to you, and must take good care of the house, be reliable with rent and happy to live cleanly. There is our eldest 19 year old son living here and our 7 year old boy . We have 2 spare rooms so we either share with 1 or 2 Lodger’s at a time. It’s a happy house to be in :) All bills, including wireless broadband, apart from telephone and food are to be included.
