The house is a roomy Victorian detached four bed house, you will be sharing with the owners son and grandson.
The one or two new room mates will have their own bathroom, large roll top bath with hand held shower, sorry no shower cubical in this room.
Comfortable sitting room and separate dinning room, there are two bathrooms with three toilets in this house, one down stairs.
There is one large double bedroom fully furnished and a smaller ground floor single again furnished both with TV points, down stairs room has own private front door.
Modern shared kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc all available.
Patio and pleasant garden
Shops and Pub near buy, great road links.
Broad band connected.
Bills included but help with electric and heating required
Plenty of parking by the house.
