A lovely 3 bedroomed house in the quiet village of Everthorpe (near South Cave/Brough).

The room currently has a single bed in it, however I do also have a spare double mattress so if you wanted to bring your own double bed frame there's plenty of room for it. The room come's furnished and there's also a built-in cupboard for extra storage.

The house has a shared bathroom with separate toilet, living room, kitchen/dining area, and hallway. It also has a good sized back garden with a large shed so storage of a bike is no problem. There is parking outside.

Everthorpe is a quiet village with easy access to the motorway, Hull city centre and Beverley.

Rent includes bills (wifi, gas, electricity, water, council tax and TV licence). A security bond of £200 plus the first months rent will be required upon moving in.

I have 2 gorgeous house rabbits, Syd and Hettie. They live in the living room so I am looking for someone who likes animals.

I'm 29, I enjoy the gym, seeing friends, reading, baking, relaxed nights in or out, etc. I work at a Sports Centre and my shifts are mostly quite long starting early morning. My partner lives in Leeds so I visit him some weekends, and he comes here at weekends too.
