Luxury first floor large double room

Beautiful large room overlooking the garden, with a very comfortable king sized bed in a large house with new carpets, hanging and drawers and brand new flat screen tv with a built in DVD player, a shared bathroom with wet room shower and large bath (only shared with one other lodger and visitors as the main bedroom is en suite) there is also a second bathroom for lodger use, so no bathroom issues!
The house has one dog so needs to be a dog friendly person, although the dog sleeps a lot (other dogs sometimes stay on occasion)
Washing machine, dryer, available for use. Iron and ironing board in your room, bedding and towels changed every week.

Near to shops bars and restaurants of Hessle and the Humber bridge and within easy access to the A63/M62
The price includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, sliced bread, butter, dilute juice, toilet roll and washing up requisites, and there is a dishwasher for you to use.
