I have a large double bedroom available for rent, 300 a month, all bills included. Internet is available, top up as needed. The property is in East Hull, situated just off Holderness Road.

The house is a very large 3 bedroomed and has been recently decorated. Includes a brand new upstairs bathroom with rain shower. Separate living and dining room, kitchen and a small back yard. All rooms have been newly decorated.

The bedroom is modern, laminate flooring, cast iron fireplace, and is fully furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. There is an additional bedroom which can also be used for storage.

Location wise, there are buses every 10 mins from the top of the street to the city centre and is close to local supermarkets. 20 minute walk from Reckitts. On street parking.

I currently work Mon-Fri 9-5, and also over a weekend. I spend a lot of evenings at the gym. I am very chilled out, and would like to share the house with a nice friendly person, who is clean, tidy and sociable.
