I have a comfortable and very clean room, in a quiet friendly and homely household, with cleaner service. The room has a large single European size bed, mini fridge, Freeview flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, tea making facilities, tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided gratis. Chest of drawers and wardrobe.

I Have a large shower, in a family bathroom but no bath. Towels are provided and bedding, these and the room are cleaned regularly.

The rent is based on Monday to Friday Unless on shut down then 7 days considered for extra payment for the extra 3 nights I am also willing to provide a tasty hot evening meal at 6pm for 35 pounds extra.

Straight opposite is a centre which includes a medical treatment centre, police station, CCTV, and a CO-OP also a multitude of shops just 10 minute walk away.

There is a well maintained garden to rear. I have put yes to smoking but If you are a smoker you may only smoke outside in the garden area, but no smoking indoors.

The area provides superb transport links to Hull City Centre and nearby industries. Very close to Reckitt Benckiser, Dunlop, BP at Saltend, Green core, and Alexander Docks.

There is required upfront a £100 returnable key deposit, and one months rent of £220
