Fully Furnished Double Room

Hi!!

I have a newly decorated, fully furnished double room to rent :) the room has brand new carpet and curtains, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and bed. (However furniture can be moved out if needed)

The house is located in West Hull close to an excellent bus route. The house has off street parking available and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The rent will include all bills...however it does exclude food and toiletries.

There is wifi and recordable satellite tv, washing machine etc.....

I am a live in landlord however I am rarely at home so the house would be yours most of the time!!! I
would love a house mate who enjoys quiet nights in with a bottle of wine!!!
