Double room - Ideal for a Hull Uni student

I am looking for an individual to replace me in my accommodation contract. I am no longer able to attend university due to ill health so am moving back home. The contract runs until June/July with the option to extend for further months.

The flat is ideally situated (above the Unicom building on Cottingham road) for students attending Hull University as the campus is only a couple of minutes walk away. Newland Avenue is a 5 minute walk, if that.

The room has a basin and there are two bathrooms in the flat (2 showers, 1 bath). There is a washing machine, shared living room/kitchen and plenty of fridge space.

Flatmates are sociable and friendly.

All bills (including broadband) are covered by the rent.
