I have a very nice unfurnished double room to rent with own bathroom in a lovely two bedroom ground floor flat with one other professional male, just off the avenues and 50 yards from Pearson park in a lovely Victoria house. All bill included in the rent. rest of the flat is fully furnished. I am looking for a single person or a couple, who are either currently in employment, the flat is generally kept very clean and tidy and i would like to keep it that way, there is a washing machine, tall fridge freezer, microwave, flat screen t. v with blue ray/DVD player, off street parking for three/ four cars, intercom system. There are two bathrooms In the flat so you would have virtually your own. It's very close to the bar on princes ave and universities and for shops on newland ave and approx 15 minute walk into town, so well located. For a couple a couple renting there would be an additions £50 added to rent per month.
