Hi! We're a couple aged 27 & 31 living in East Hull. We bought our first house in 2014 & decided to rent the two spare bedrooms out, we have a long term housemate, 24, and a cute dog called Jess which everybody falls in love with.

We've had a second housemate living here for the past 6 months who has just moved out so we have a spare room available. The Room is £350pm, all bills are included (including wifi). It's a quiet, furnished room with storage space. There's plenty of parking and a decent sized garden. Downstairs we share a large kitchen & a large living/dining area, 55inch TV with full Sky TV package.

The room is on the back of the house on a quiet street, within 400 yards from Hull's largest park, local shop, pub, and the main bus route into the city centre.

As a group, we enjoy cooking nice meals & having game/film nights or a nice BBQ in the summer. Between us all we enjoy the gym, sports, travelling, scenic walks etc.
