The bathroom has been recently modernised and has a bath and shower, with a waterfall tap.
The rent includes use of the bathroom, fully fitted kitchen for preparing meals and laundry, with washer and tumble drier, dining /living area (one room) and Victorian stoned garden(which has table and chairs and is very private and pretty in summer)
Use of wireless broadband is included , as well as all bills(fair use tho ;)

I am pretty easy going, but you will need to share cleaning. I have a lovely Golden Retriever who loves being the centre of attention, so you'll obviously need to be a big dog lover!! If you're not that keen on dogs and don't enjoy a good old fuss, then you won't enjoy the house, as he's boss ;) I enjoy film, music, reading and cooking (which is what I also do for a living)
I am looking for a house mate, who is pretty quiet after 11pm, as I have to be up early each day.

I need to point out that I do smoke in the kitchen when the back door is open, but this is the only room that is smoked in , so ideally someone who doesnt mind living with a smoker (who is trying to give up, but hasnt quite managed it yet)

I am 49 and very young at heart and easy going, my son who lives at home has just finished uni and enjoys playing guitar, Tae kwondo, playing computer games and socialising.
