This bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, desk & chair, and large bookshelf.
Excellent location - 10 minute walk to UoH, located just off Beverley Rd/Clough Rd/Cottingham Rd crossroads. Shop, pub, coffee house, restaurants within 1 minute walk. City centre 25 minute walk, or 10 minute bus journey from rail station. Local park (Beresford Park) nearby. Gym 10 minute walk.
A few pictures available, but not of room for rent (the largest room in the house). The picture I have of the bathroom only shows the shower and not how big the bathrooms really are.
Current housemates are 3rd years, sociable and hard working.
Pets are allowed within a cage.
We are all non smokers, however there is a back door easily accessible.
