Hi, due to two of our housemates not returning to the university this year we have been left with two spare rooms, the house is situated on lambert street just off of newland avenue about a 10 minute walk from the university and a 15 minute walk from the town centre. There are plenty of local amenities such as a Sainsburys, Tesco express and take aways minutes from the house. The first room is a standard single room with your own sink and furniture included, the second is a good sized double also fully furnished and with a sink. The rent is fully inclusive at £68 per week. The house it's self has two good sized shared bathrooms, a large kitchen dinning area and lounge with sky tv, the house has also just been upgraded to fibre optic broadband. Our current group consists of 4 girls studying a range of subject from geography to chemical engineering, we are a mixture of second and third years.
