One bedroom to rent

A very nice and modern 2 bedroom house in a really nice area of Hull in Kingswood. The house is furnished and it has one toilet downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. I am looking for a professional person, that is clean and tidy and willing to share the house shores and also keeps the house clean and tidy. There is also a parking in the back yard and a garage. All the bills are included in the rent which I have stated in the advertising. I work at university and get out of the house at 6am till late evenings due to work. I dnt mind having friends/family but no house parties or any other parties under any circumstances. I like the house very tidy and clean and would like to keep it that way. Apart from that I dnt have any other objections.
