I have recently moved to Hull and I am looking for a housemate to make Hull my home. This HUGE flat is ideal for anyone who is looking for a spacious flat right in the heart of the city.

I am looking for a considerate person who likes to relax during the weekdays and go for a drink on the weekends. No room hermits here please. The flat comes fully furnished and the room is equipped with TWO wardrobes, a double bed and a sofa. There is plenty of space in the living room too.

I am working as a journalist for the BBC over the road. Anyone who loves telly, films and sport is sociable and outgoing and reasonably clean should fit in well here.

Financials

The rent is £375 PCM. The flat is fully managed by Lime Property, the admin fee is £75 (Reference check & contract).

The deposit will be £375. Bills PCM are as follows,

Internet – £23
Electric – £25
Council Tax - £58
TV Licence - £6

Move in cost total £375 (1st Month rent) + £375 (Deposit) + £75 (Admin fee) = £825.
