The house has a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Front and back gardens with off street parking available. The monthly rent is inclusive of all utilities, council tax and theres sky with sports package and wifi throughout the house.
Local shops are within walking distance. And the kings wood retail park is a short drive or about 15min walk with cinema, large super market, bowling restaurants etc
I have a dog so you need to be dog friendly and ideally working full time. I work full time with a sports team so my working week can be quite variable.
