Semi Detached House on Goddard Avenue, off Newland Avenue, a vibrant, up and coming cosmopolitan area. Good bus links to the city centre, or a 20 minute walk.

There are 5 bedrooms in a professional house share. All rooms are charged by the night not by the month regardless of length of stay. We prefer short term lets, so people who live out of Hull but work in Hull during the week or weekend.

Myself and my friend run the house and we have a professional cleaner come in twice each week, there are 3 rooms to let out.

There is on road parking which is free.

Modern, well presented, nicely decorated house with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer and full kitchen facilities.

Three rooms available for short term let only, priced per night.

Double rooms x 2 are £24 per night, single room is £20 per night, there is no discount for longer stays or 7 nights a week.
