You will have the full use of a home still retaining its period features. It comprises of two lounges one with its original coal fire, which is snug and lovely for the winter months! This has now got two new squashy leather settees!!
On the ground floor, there is a modern second bathroom close to the rear entrance and garden. The kitchen and dining room both overlook the garden, which has all the usual appliances with ample cupboard space.
In March I replaced all the exterior back garden fencing, providing a secure secluded garden to relax in with garden shed for a bike if required.

The house itself is close to all transport links. It is equally well located for Hull Town Centre, the University, the Avenues, Pearson Park and all local shops and amenities including Beverley Road Gym and Swimming Baths.
We are ideal for entertainment and events close to the BBC Centre, Comedy Store, Hull Truck and Hull New theatre and the Bonus Arena.
I am happy to accept pets if they are well behaved and have had all vaccinations and flea treatments!
