Near Hospitals. Large Double Room.

Short terms considered letting my double room out. The room is around 9x13m. Fully furnished, new double glazed window for warmth and noise reduction. Has fitted wardrobe and large chest of draws. Adequate plug points etc.
The house is actually 3 bed but the other is very small, I'll never let it out. I sometimes work from there.

My ideal lodger would work 9-5 ish but not a deal breaker.
The house has a very large lounge/dining area. Broadband etc.
A conservatory. A outside patio. Kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with bath and shower. Off street parking.
I am renting the room as I would like to travel more and it would help me financially. You might also find yourself having the house to yourself as a result.
I'm open to mon-fri or 7 days a week. All the hospitals are close to Anlaby. Including Spire, Cottingham and Hull.

The location of the house is also in walking distance of a large retail park, morrisons, next, costa, etc and walking distance of nu bar, lounge and Beech Tree if you go for meals and drinks.

I'm not a crazy clean freak just would be nice to share with someone who respects that I've had to buy all this stuff and keep it in a "as is" condition.

To summarise.

You get large double room, fully furnished. Spacious and warm. All bills included. Including broad band and off street parking extremely close to large supermarket, fab pubs and bars and near m62.
