I have a large double room to rent in leconfield. I am looking for £250 p/m to cover rent, plus a £35 p/w contribution to the bills.
I live on a very quiet street and have parking access.
It is a shared living room , bathroom and kitchen but I feel I am very easy to live with. All I ask is that someone respects the house.
I have two cats, however they are not allowed in the rented room or kitchen.
