I do have 3 cat's so my new lodger has to be ok with that.

The room comes fully furnished with king size bed, plenty of storage, flat screen tv with built in dvd player, and bed linen.

I dont ask for a deposit just rent in advance and i charge £325pcm.
This house is located on good commuting routes to Hull, Withernsea & Easington, Would suit any contractors working up at BP Saltend, BP Easington and the Siemens Project on Hedon Road/Docks

The village Has 2 pubs 1 of which is also a Indian Resturant, and a post office that does sell some essential food supplies, as Ottringham is sat in the middle of Withernsea and Hull the neighbouring villages both Keingham and Patrington have all you need from a petrol station, Gp surgery's, Fast food takeaways, a number of pubs, hair salon's, cafe & tea shops the list does go on, these are within 2 miles from Ottringham village.
