Our home has all facilities you may require with shared kitchen but private cupboard space and own fridge, freezer. You will have access to all modern appliances needed as well as a wine fridge and built in coffee maker.
We have a dining room rarely used that may be used as a separate living space if required.
The room is fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside units and additional storage.
You can use the sky TV if paid for in. advance also purchase multi room to get it in your bedroom. Unlimited broadband available as well as unlimited land line calls from the land line phone.
We have a large garden space and plenty of off road parking available.
Our household consists of 2 adults and 2 children age 4 and 4 months (now sleeping through so no night disturbances!!) We also have a dog that lives with us for part of. the week, friendly poodle Stan and 2 cats.
We are a friendly couple and have enjoyed sharing our home for the past 3 years with 2 previous tenants.
Skidby is a great commuter location adjacent to Cottingham and about 5 miles south of Beverley. We have a bus route runs frequently on the main street and a local pub and shop nearby.
Shared space is maintained by a cleaner once a week however also looking for someone that is happy to tidy after themselves!
Rent £90 a week all inclusive of bills. Couples considered at rate of £140 a week. Short or long term lets considered.
