Elderly gentleman, 67, with spacious two bedroom flat in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, would welcome lodger of mature age. Because of tax/benefits system in this country, I have nothing to gain by charging rent, so will only charge for gas/electricity/internet used by lodger. Upper floor; no lift. Large bedroom with freeview TV connection in bedroom. Internet can be connected to room. Close to Harrogate town centre. Free car parking on street. Bus stop outside. Bicycle shed with lock. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Would welcome some companionship, for example occasional shared meal at home, but no hassle either way.
Quiet area. No loud parties and no loud music except with headphones.
