Large Double Bedroom In Friendly House

This is the size of the room

I am looking for someone to move into my 2nd spare room. A large double bedroom in the attic room of the house. Can come furnished with bed, sofa and wardrobes.

Within walking distance of town and parking outside. Lots of local amenities including shops, butchers, bakery, takeaways pubs etc.

I have another girl living with me at the moment and we share similar interests such as socialising with friends, going to festivals, travelling, eating out and cooking. I'm looking for someone who will fit in nicely with our nice positive vibe with no fuss or dramas.

Someone who will be considerate and tidy and respectful to how we are living at the moment.

I have a cat who pretty much looks after herself, but likes cuddles when it suits her and play sometimes.

I am very easy going with a positive outlook on life. I live life with the most enjoyment I can. I work hard and enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and friends in my spare time. I love house music and enjoy nights out in Leeds, Manchester and London as well as Europe.
