House mate wanted in Dalton
Looking for a nice, friendly house mate to share my lovely new home with. Preferably a female who is a non smoker. Must be reliable and like dogs as I have two of them. I am a tidy person and would like my tenant to share the same views. The house is centrally heated and spacious, with double glazing and is in good decorative order. There is a small yard to the back of the house and there is communal parking to the rear. The bedroom I am renting is a double with built in wardrobes a double bed and bed side cabinet.
