A sunny double room with its own wash basin and plenty of storage space.

The house has: wireless broadband; a well equipped kitchen; second toilet and two reception rooms. A lodger would have shared use of the dining room with me. Outside there is a south facing patio area.

My house is in Falsgrave; a ten minute walk to the train station, bus stops and town; with colleges and hospital close by.

The Scarborough Campus is about a 30mins walk but with a regular bus service from town. Please note that York is about a 1hr drive.

The rent does not include Council Tax so this room would suit a professional, mature student or someone looking for weekday accommodation only.

You would need to like dogs as I have a little terrier.
