Lodger required for lovely house in Filey

I am looking for a lidger to share my house in Filey. I work away from home a lot so most of the time you will have the house to yourself.
The House is nicely Decorated and Your lodging includes all utilities. There is street parking right outside the house and good transport links, with Filey Bus & Train Station being only a 5 minute walk away. The House is opposite the Towns free tennis courts and Glen Gardens is easily accessible just at the bottom of the street. Filey has many shops including a Tesco store, a local golf course and of course the superb beach for which Filey in renowned. There is a large kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer and a range style cooker and a large lounge with TV, music centre & open fire. Unlimited SKY Broadband is provided. There is a brand new bathroom with double power shower, basin & toilet as well as a separate cloakroom with toilet & handbasin & a further downstairs toilet & shower room. Outside there is a small yard with facilities to dry your washing. I'm looking for a responsible professional person to share with me.
