Large lounge/dining room furnished with leather sofas, light oak furniture and 49" 4K Smart TV. The dining area seats six around a large glass table overlooking the rear garden through french windows.

Modern stylish family bathroom comprising bath with power shower overhead, hand basin and toilet.

Rent includes electric, gas, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. A small monthly charge will be made for cleaning of the communal areas.

Situated to the north of the town centre, the property is just 5 minutes walk from the bus stop on Ripon Road (36 route and others) and 15 minutes walk from the town centre.

My home is pet-free and is situated 5 minutes from two local mini-supermarkets and other shops. In addition to the driveway, there is free on street parking in front of the house.
