Double Room To Rent In Relaxed Quiet Home

MONDAY TO FRIDAY ALSO AVAILABLE FOR REDUCED RENT.

The double room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp.

I am looking for someone who is mature but not old before their time.

I like my home to be calm and relaxed. I enjoy a nice glass of wine and a dvd or a few quiet drinks at the local or a
meal out after work. I would like to find someone who I can be friends with rather than just to share a house with but also like my own space(usually in the form of reading or gardening)

If you like clubbing til 5am and partying non stop this house is not for you.

I have one very well behaved cat who has the run of the house except for your room so animal lover preferred however i do like my house clean so cat fur is kept to a minimum and preferably on the cat herself.

The house is clean and tidy but mostly a friendly relaxed place to chill so no over night guests allowed.
