This lovely double bedroom is in a classic Victorian town house on a leafy avenue in one of Harrogate's most interesting areas.
The room is well decorated and furnished, with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and lamps. It shares a nice big bath/shower room with just 2 others.
The house has a comfy lounge with leather sofas and TV with a full set of sports and movie channels.
The big dining kitchen has three fridges, two cookers and a dishwasher, plus all the pots and pans you could need. There's a big table for shared meals and celebrations, and there's another TV in here too, also with a full channel set.
There's 100 mb/s wireless broadband throughout the house and outside, there's a patio with picnic tables.
In the basement is a laundry with two washing machines and two dryers, plus irons and ironing boards.
Rent is ALL inclusive, so you don't pay anything extra for council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV or broadband. Shared areas, including the house bathroom, are cleaned once a week and this cost is also included in the rent.
The house is ideally placed within easy walking distance of the centre and handy for the delis and wine shops of Kings Rd.
This really is 'not your average shared house' as any of the folks who live here will confirm, so if you're a bit choosy about where you live and who with, do come and have a look!
Current housemates are a great group of folks, amongst whom are a doctor, a chef, a lawyer and a marketing manager.
A word about process: if, after viewing the room and the house, you would like to go ahead, we hold a house get-together at which you meet the housemates and they meet you. It's as a result of this meeting that you and the housemates make the joint decision to proceed or not.
If so, then the next step is a credit check, followed by moving in!
