About you.....I am looking for an employed professional person, who is respectful of others and others property, who is tidy and clean, honest, truthful and a nice person to be around. Ideally you have had previous experience of shared living and associated responsibilities.

The other tenant enjoys sports, health and fitness and can often be seen in the kitchen preparing meals.

Rent £475 per calendar month, payable on the first of each month. (in advance)
The rent includes gas, electric, TV licence.
