About the flat! :)

My flat mate is moving out of our two bed flat we share in a beautiful converted stone church! It is situated in the centre of town (near blueline taxis).

The room available is a double room with access to it's own bathroom which has a bath with shower overhead solely for your use. The rent is £400 and the bills will be an extra £160 each for bills dependant on electricity and water usage. (I'm going off our current bills) This would be all in with council tax, sky etc.

The flat has one car park space allocated to it. I do have a car but there is free disc parking on the street after 6pm and you don't need anything for a Sunday. Me and my house mate have never had a problem parking. I also have guest street passes as well.

The flat will be half furnished as the current house mate moves out the sofa and some of her kitchen stuff will go with her. These will swiftly be replaced (unless you would be bringing your own) as I don't fancy sitting on the floor to watch TV!

About me :)!

I am 27 and a teacher. I am a sociable character and enjoy cooking/baking and relaxing with a good movie after a long days work entertaining the kids I teach!
I am out of the flat more than I am in due to work- I travel to York. So if you like peace and quiet and your own space this flat would be right up your street!
