Located in quiet Haxby, close to A1237 ring road, detached house.

House has two and half bedrooms, one is mine, the other would be yours, the half is a bit of study room, which is currently used for drying washing!

2nd bedroom has a double bed two wardrobes a chest of draws and 2 bed side cabinets.
Downstairs there is a living room, a dining room a large kitchen, small utility room and downstairs toilet which all would be accessible to you
There is a back garden also and front garden.
Driveway, there is a garage, rather cluttered, but if you need to store a bike there is room!
House is situated in a very quiet street with very friendly neighbours.

I am 34 years old, work Monday-Friday, I have 2 cats who are no bother to house mates I've had in the past, they're usually outside or in my room.
