Parking outside the house and broadband available and own tv in each room with film packages on them.

Bus service 10 minutes walk away runs regularly to Ripon and Knaresborogh.

Village has a busy pub as well and plenty of nice walks around. We are very close to the Midd Gorge

Would ideally suit busy professionals who are looking for a lovely place to come home to at the end of their day.

Living with myself, I have good sense of humour. Animal lover who has pets.
