Ensuite Double Room in Cottage on Wigginton Road
Hello!
I have an ensuite (with bath and shower/sink and WC) double room to rent in a cosy cottage on Wigginton Road (about ten mins from the city centre, opposite the Bumper Castle pub).
The house has lots of charm and is fully furnished with everything you could need (apart from a tumble dryer!) and is situated in a very quiet area with off-road parking. Great access to the ring road/Clifton Moor/Nestle and the Hospital, there is also a bus stop virtually outside the house too for non-drivers.
Due to a change in personal circumstances, I am looking to rent this room for £420 a month (including all bills) to a professional person who is reliable, tidy and wants somewhere peaceful to live. Available mid/late June.
I work full time at Nestle and am busy most weekends. I own a strictly indoor only cat named Daphne who is very friendly so please bare this in mind!
