Double Room and single Room for rent

Single room for rent in a spacious detached 4 bedroom 3 storey modern House. Monday to Friday only. With use of a separate bathroom serving both the rooms, and also the optional extra of using an additional room for extra luggage/ storage/ desk space.

The room and bathroom are on the first floor which is currently unoccupied. All rooms are fully furnished.

The living room and kitchen are shared. There is central heating, electric fan oven, gas hob and use of all kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer.

Free outside street parking. The house is situated a 10 minute walk away from Pickering Town Centre and there are excellent links to Malton.

All bills are included however, we reserve the right to charge an additional amount if use of amenities is excessive.

We always meet individuals first in order to make sure all parties are happy with arrangements etc.

We are a friendly young couple with no pets or children. We both work full time and live on entirely separate floor of the property to the lodgers.

We keep a very tidy and clean house and therefore want someone with similar qualities and attributes. We would respect the tenants privacy and we would hope that they would respect ours. The area is a quiet residential area with ample local amenities.
