Lodgings available in a house with shared facilities with reasonable all inclusive rates.
The property is a 3 bed-roomed terrace and the room available is a double room.
Currently the house is shared by myself-the owner and my dog so animal lovers welcome!
The bathroom and kitchen are shared and come with all the usual facilities and wireless broadband is included too. There is also garden and patio at the back.

Parking is on the street but it is a quiet residential area and never poses a problem.
I'm currently updating the decor, upstairs has recently been done and I'm working on the downstairs so please bear that in mind!
I will also consider people for half or full board-reates to be negotiated.
