Double room in flat share, with myself and my husband. Our flat is close to the town centre of Selby, we are located near to all local amenities including train/bus station and major road links, shops and pubs.

The room is partly furnished which includes a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. It currently has a TV in there but no sky/freeview.

The flat is smoke free. Applicants to be aware we have pets and work shifts including nights! On street parking is available across the street. Flat is fully furnished with washer/dryer, dishwasher, sky and broadband.

The applicant is to be clean and tidy! They must be considerate to us and our pets as it is their home too.

We state in the advert that some bills are not included, we ask for a monthly contribution towards general items that everyone uses such as Tea, coffee , cleaning products etc which is shared three ways. The cost for this is  £5
